Vacancy Available at Kingsland House

Kingsland House is an all-male residential home in the Vale of Glamorgan, providing specialist support for adults with Acquired Brain Injury, mental health needs and complex neurobehavioural presentations. We currently have a vacancy available and welcome referrals from local authorities, health boards, social workers, commissioners, healthcare professionals and case managers seeking high-quality specialist residential care. Quality and Compliance Rated Excellent by Care Inspectorate Wales Recipient of multiple Gold Awards for Health and Safety Compliant with the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 Person-centred support plans reviewed at least every three months, or sooner when needs or circumstances change Robust governance and quality-assurance processes aligned with CIW regulations and recognised best practice ​ Our Environment Private bedrooms with en-suite facilities 24-hour support from experienced and trained care staff Digital care planning to support timely multidisciplinary communication A structured and supportive environment for individuals with complex needs Specialist support for slow-stream rehabilitation and long-term placements A strong focus on independence, wellbeing, dignity and choice ​ Person-Centred Support Each resident receives an individualised support plan developed in partnership with the resident, their family, advocates and relevant professionals. The House

Kingsland House aims to care for individuals who need support for their rehabilitation and/or cognitive problems in a community setting for long or interim periods. Individuals may have a combination of problems and a mixture of care needs from Learning Disability, Mental Health, and Acquired Brain Injury.
